SERVICE FEES

Transfer Fees:

Lot Transfer Fee:  $100.00 per lot

Water Service Transfer Fee: $50.00 per meter

Sewer Service Transfer Fee: $50.00 per system set-up

Application Fees: 

$100.00 new construction (does not excluded: improvements & modifications)

$25.00 driveways, sheds, campers, carports, slabs, ect

**Please note applications will NOT be approved unless application is accompanied by a copy of permit from Jackson County.  Also we encourage you to incorporate as many improvements/new construction on one application to avoid any unnecessary fees. (fee are charged per application, this included resubmitted on jobs that were not completed within time frame that does not have an job extension on file that has been approved by board)

Campers/RV's:

Camping at Fishing Pier:  $15.00 per night (no electric)   $25.00 per night (RV hookups available)

POA Fees:

Annual POA Dues: $125.00 per lot

Annual POA Late Fee: $25.00 per lot (subject to an additional $5.00 per lot per month until paid)

POA Cards:  1st- Free  (Any additional cards needed after 1st card has been issued will be $25.00 per card.)

Lien/Collections:

Release of lien: $50.00 per lot

Collection(s):  $50.00 per lot (this is subject to change depending on amount of time in collections)


Office Fees:

Mailing- Deed restrictions $25.00

Mailing-Maps $25.00

Copies: $1.00 per page (including maps, deed restrictions, ect)

Faxes: $1.00 per page (this including sending and receiving faxes)

Maintenance Services/Fees:

Mowing/Shredding: $40.00 per lot (depending on the time of year will depend on if this service is available)

Water/Sewer Late Fee:  10% (water/sewer payments must be received by the 4th of each month to avoid late fees)
