Tri-County Point POA Election

August 12, 2021

Dear Property Owner,

The annual meeting of the Tri-County Point Property Owners' Association, Inc. will be held on October 9, 2021, at 5:00 pm.

The meeting will be held in person and via zoom.

President, the Vice President, the Treasurer, and the Secretary will be up for election at the annual meeting. The Association is seeking nominations for those who desire to run for the Board. We look forward to having candidates who wish to lend their experience and knowledge to address the issues of the Subdivision and to continue the improvement of the Association.

Due to the situation of having to vote in four new board members the term for this election is as follows: The Board President and the Treasurer will serve a three-year term and the Vice President, and the Secretary will serve a two-year term. To ensure a smooth transition.

We hope that you will consider being a candidate for the Board of Directors. To be eligible to run for and serve on the Board of Directors, you must be an owner of a lot in the Boca Chica Subdivision Sections I - 8.

If you wish to run for the Board of Directors, please send a Statement of Candidacy to the address below, which contains the following information:

General Information:

Your name, contact information, mailing address and property address (if different from your mailing address). Please also include an email address if you have one, so members may contact you with questions prior to balloting to help them make their voting decisions.

Include a brief biography that contains your background, education, work experience, previous experience with other property owners' associations or other organizations which are governed by a board of directors.

Vision Statement:

Include your vision statement for the Association - why you believe you would be a good director, what your priorities for the Association are, how you stand on the issues, etc.

Send this information via email to the Association's office at [email protected] or via regular mail to 14 County Road 480, Palacios, Texas 77465.

To be eligible to run for the board of directors the office needs to have your Statement of Candidacy by 5:00 pm on August 30, 2021.

Respectfully submitted,

Kayla Schilhab

Tri-County Board Secretary
